IPL 2021 is going to resume soon in the UAE from the third week of Sep 2021.
IPL 2021 was postponed on 04 of May 2021 after multiple cases of COVID-19 were found inside the bio-bubble. IPL is the one event that does not only brings entertainment to the lover of this game but also adds a huge revenue for BCCI.

It is earlier assumed that BCCI was about to bear the loss of INR 2000 Crore which they get from broadcast and sponsorship. Now it is believed that the IPL 2021 will resume tentatively on September 18 to 19 in the UAE.
“Since 18 is a Saturday and 19 a Sunday, it is more likely that you would want to restart it on a weekend date,” the official told PTI on conditions of anonymity.
The remaining 31 games of the season will not take more than three weeks and if the schedule goes well then we might watch the final on the 9th or 10th of October as it is again a weekend. 10 double-headers expected to be played during and three weeks would be enough for that.
It is also assumed that DREAM 11 also earns a huge amount during IPL. The Player’s performance does not only affect the team but also affects the teams in Dream 11. That is why we said IPL is not the tournament of 8 teams in fact it is a tournament for all either they play or not.
